Being Blithesome works to help people with mental well-being. We offer flexibility in how we connect: In-Person Therapy, Tele calls or Video calls. You pick your convenience. All we ask is for you to put your faith in us. And to help with that, we will never charge for our first session with you.
We want You to feel comfortable and know that your money is not spent, it is invested!

The money we earn from the latter sessions circulate in our expenses where we also offer “Anonymous Meets” or “Support Groups” for people to know that they aren’t alone!

We will work together to deepen your self-awareness and gain insight into your life, your work, and your relationships; aligning your choices with your values.

What kind of thoughts do you have throughout the day? How do they make you feel about yourself and others?

We believe that your everyday thoughts affect how you feel and how you spend your time. We use carefully chosen therapeutic tools to help you let go of old patterns, build emotional intelligence, and feel grounded. We enjoy creating a comfortable space where you can discover your capacity for healing.
